I began my real estate career in 2016 after spending 15 years in the hospitality industry, where I held sales and marketing positions in Boston and Cape Cod. In 2012, I relocated to Falmouth after summering on Cape Cod for 25 years, and I call Woods Hole my year-round home. Growing up in Medfield, I graduated from Ursuline Academy in Dedham and then earned my Bachelor of Arts in English-Writing from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY.
My professional background has equipped me with a strong sense of professionalism, exceptional customer service, and effective communication skills. As a dedicated, full-time Falmouth real estate agent, I am passionate about helping clients navigate the Cape Cod real estate market. I strive to stay informed about the latest market trends to advocate for my clients’ needs and best interests effectively.
I am a member of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors (CCIAOR), the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Whether you’re looking to buy or sell Falmouth real estate, I am here to provide guidance and support throughout the entire process.

There is so much to say about the passions and imagination that went into the founding of Ermine Lovell Real Estate, a cornerstone of Falmouth real estate.
Ermine was from Virginia and married into a well-known Cape Cod family, the Lovells of Menauhant, Falmouth. In 1935, her love for the Cape's natural beauty transitioned into a Falmouth real estate business. While real estate was her profession, conservation became her passion. Ermine worked tirelessly to encourage her friends and clients to donate land and understand the importance of preservation alongside land development. Collaborating with the Massachusetts Audubon Society, she founded a local conservation group called Salt Pond Areas Bird Sanctuaries. Ermine was determined to conserve as well as sell, and today, Salt Pond Areas Bird Sanctuaries owns and maintains some of the area's most treasured natural spaces. Bourne's Farm, The Knob, Peachtree Circle Farm, and Salt Pond are enjoyed by the public because of her tireless efforts.
In 1984, Francesca Parkinson joined Ermine Lovell Real Estate. Ermine recognized that Francesca not only shared her enthusiasm for Falmouth real estate and conservation but also her business philosophy of providing high levels of service to clients and the community. Francesca took over ownership in the early 2000s, expanding the brokerage by adding top local and innovative agents, including locals Katie Collette and Kim Stockwell. Katie and Kim worked alongside Francesca for over a decade, maintaining relationships with long-time clients and their families that began with Ermine or Francesca.
Today, under the ownership of Katie Collette and Kim Stockwell, Ermine Lovell Real Estate continues to be a women-owned business, proudly serving as a trusted Falmouth real estate brokerage and celebrating the firm’s 89th consecutive year!
